Tell them to get active or you'll drop their players. :)

Well, what makes them your friends? Do they like the trashtalking outside of the fantasy league? Then bring it into the league with smacktalk.

Do they like baseball in general? One thing I've seen people do is really tweak the league rules - where maybe it's a pure pitching league, or it's a league where bad things are rewarded - and it makes it difficult to score a lot of "bad things" (errors, and such) because once you're bad, you don't get to play...talk to your league and ask them if these types of derivative games would make it more interesting to play.

Finally - maybe remind them that they have a reputation on the line - at http://profiles.sports.yahoo.com

Offer prizes. Vintage baseball cards would be a good incentive.

I only need $20 but I would still like to get it. No idea what to do.

Ask them. Send out e-mail reminders. Bribe them.

Make it worth more money. The more there is at stake, the more they will want to win.
