See it really is the reason i do not play six individual leagues. because no remember how sturdy your crew is (and have self belief me brah your crew is kick a$$), someone is better functional. large names are unlikely which could also help you presently. its time to hit the waver cord and word who's accessible. seem adult males who've been on the DL all season, like Ben Sheets, or A.J. Burnett, they're going to fairly help your strikeout numbers, i do not see any large ok adult males on your record. also seem to get Gagne if hes nonetheless a loose agent, he will be lower back next week and Danny Baez is gonna be out of a job. ought to also favor to commerce him now. Your hitting is fantastically sturdy. only element i'm able to point is eliminating Johny Gomes. sturdy participant, yet your weakest hyperlink. seem for some adult males like Prince Fielder or Omar Visquel who will keep the batting common extreme in the until eventually spot, and upload both homers or stolen bases respectively. and intensely last yet no longer least pray. Pray that someone on the first and 2d position communities hit the DL. if you're in third position with that crew, there is not any longer much better you may do yet pray.

Your team looks solid from top to bottom, and if I were you I wouldn't even give up Mariano Rivera and Alex Rios for Abreu. Rivera is one of the best closers in baseball, Saito is 35 and I expect him to lose his Closer role to Broxton by midseason, and Rios is coming on.

look at it this way......

c- Jorge Posada.....off to a rather hot start....allways has been an offensivly sound catcher in that lineup in new york you dont have anything to worry about considering he allways comes up to bat with people of the likes of arod, giambi, jeter, abreu, and damon on base so he can drive in a fair amount look for him to give you around 20/90/.280 on the year out in new york......

c- greg zaun.....no real need for him on your team due to him being a waste of a spot unless your league requires 2 catchers....but is decent none the less good for about 15/60/.270 on the year out in toronto....

1b- Ryan Howard has been off to a wicked slow start but dont worry onebit because he will turn it on soon or later and will go on tears like crazy...in the long run look for him to end up with about 44/120/.280 on the year..also has good protection in that lineup batting behind utley, rollins, and pat the bat burrell

1b- A gonz was a so called sleeper but he is a pure hiter with good power considering he plays in cavernous petco allready has a few homers this week even.....look for his numbers to continue to improve this year as he should get you about 25-30/100+/.290 on the year in san diego where he gets like no protection in that lineup

2b- Brian Roberts has been off to a slow start and has allways been a good 2b but dont expect him to give you '05 numbers thast just asking for too much, he is a legit threat on the bases and has a bit of pop too!...look for him to give you 15/75/.290 and steal around 30 bases on the year in baltimore.....

3b- Troy Glaus...as of right now he is listed as day-to-day but we shall see how bad his heel really is so bench him until further notice.....he is a guy who just likes to let it rip not much caring for his average but hes all about the power ....when healthy ahs great protection in that lineup with wells, thomas, rios, and overbay in that lineup so he sees more pitcehs to hit inturn giving you 40/100/.250 on the year...has additional value due to his eligibility at ss as well.....

3b- Joe Crede had a career year last year...decent all around numbers but dont expect him to put up another 30 homer seaseon....off to a slow start as well....look for him to giev you 25/90/.280 on the year in chicago.....

ss- Julio Lugo should score about 08530495839458 runs in boston hitting in front of the likes of ortiz, manny, and drew also is legit base stealer...if its the lugo that played in tampa you got a great ss but if its the one from la then watch out.....also has additional value due to eligibility at 3b, and 2b as well as ss.....look for him to give you about 15/80/.280 and steal around 20+ on the year

of- Carlos Lee....has been off to a killer start with 2 homers the other day one being a grand salami lol.....hes a stud in the sense that he gets you numbers in every single category in a 5x5 league...hitting in front of berkman gives him more pitches to see thereofre more hits therefore turning in a performance like 35/110/.300 and stealing 15-20 as well.....good all around player......

of- Garret Anderson has a so called "resurgance" but i have yet to see it...dont expect a lot of power out of him but a high average will be likely hitting in the lineup with vlad...look for about 20/80/.300 on the year in los angeles......

of- Geoff Jenkins...is off to a torid start with 3 or 4 homers allready but do you really expect him to keep up with the likes of arod and sizemore and miguel cabrera lol...me neither...so hes pretty consistent with his numbers going about 15-20/70/.280 on the year out in milwaukee with the brewers..........

util- Gary Sheffield.......hasnt hit like sheff yet but still has one of the quickest bats in the majors.....the only real left hander in that lineup.....should see some pitcehs to hit with mags in front.....still a homer threat but no more a speed threat....look for him to gie you about 30/100/.290 on the year in detroit with the tigers.....

bn- Rios......is on the road to becoming a stud ....last year he put up 20/90/.310 and stole 20 and he was injured for a certain part of the year too!....so if healthy for a whole year you can expect those numbers to even improve with potential to be a 30-20 guy....look for 30/95/.290 and steal 15-20 on the year....so i would rather bench jenkins for rios

as for your rotation

sp- Roy "Doc" Halladay......one of the best simply put...is a workhorse....yesterday pitched a 10 inning complete game for the win......should put up mvp numbers again this year if he remains healthy....but said he wants to prolong his career by getting mroe contact outs rather than k outs so k numbers will drop....look for 17-9 with 180k and era around 3 or below for the year in toronto.....

sp- Felix "the king" Hernandez.......now that seattle is letting him throw his slider...he is what he was proclaimed to be and that happens to be unhittiable...just ask boston.....the kid has the best potential and upside not named liriano or harden in the al.......since he lost 20 pounds in offseason his stamina and power should be better and go deeper into games turning in a performace such as 17-11 with 220k and era around 3.50 for the year........

sp- Tom Glavine can still pitch but he no longer is the pitcher he once was...since heis the ace of the mets staff has alot of pressure on him to win..look for him to go 14-9 with era around 3.75 and 140k on the year

sp- Andy Pettitte is tabbed to win 18 games with the yanks run support that he ddint get in houston with all of his quality starts....if he pitches like andy pettitte and stays healthy should be dominant for the year....look for him to go 16-9 with era around 3.40 and strikeout 180 or so on the year in new york.....

sp- Tim Hudson looks like Tim Hudson finally.....seems to have found his form from oakland...look for him to put up oakland numbers all year as well....look for 14-10 with era around 3.80 and strikeout 170 or so on the year in atlanta.........

rp- Mariano "Mo" Rivera....simply put the best......good for your era and whip as well as saves....look for him to go 4-2 with 37+saves and era around 2 for the year actually slightly under 2 if he remains healthy....

rp- Huston Street is a solid closer in oakland should give you a record of 2-3 with 35 saves and era around 2.30 for the year in oakland.....

rp- Saito is 38 years old and isnt getting younger and its proven as you get older your less effective.....dont expect '06 numbers as i see broxton taking over by years end.....

so overall your lineup has power annd lots of it but not much speed.....you know your going to get speed from roberts, lugo, and lee, and since your trading rios his sb are gone but abrue should boost those but abreu is good for about 20 sb a year...you could get one more sb threat but its not a big deal....you have tremendous power throughout the lineup in posada, howard, gonzalez, glaus, lee, sheff, and abreu if you get him and thats more than plenty and you have a few guys who hit for a solid average giving your teamBA around .290 for the year .......overall solid lineup...heres a list of sleepers i you want to grab one or two:

c- Chris Ianneta or estrade both are having good years iannetta in colorado and estrada in milwaukee sholuld both have good years.....

1b- Chris Duncan of saint louis has great power if he can hit lefties he should hit 30 homers this year.....

2b- Aaron Hill has been having a good year in toronto to start and he should continue giving you solid numbers all around....

3b- Akinori Iwamura can hit for average and has good plate discipline but dont expect the 30 homres he got in japan ....

ss- Tony Pena Jr in kansas allready has 4 triples and can really swing the bat...has good speed .....

of- Ty Wigginton has good 20 homer potential for tampa and

of- Brad Hawpe is consistent ever year and should get about 20 homers agian this year.....

of- Chris B Young....should have a solid year in arizona hitting about 70 rbis on the year....

util- Nick Markakis....in baltimore that kid can flat out hit!....

others to keep in mind.....granderson, elijah dukes, jonny gomes, chris duffy, and lyle overbay.......

as for your rotation......

you have 5 legit 15 game winners on your team if the all pitch to potential and 2 cy young contenders in halladay and hernandez....4 out 5 starters have the potential to strikeout 200 exceot for glavine if they stay healthy and pitch like they are supposed too....you will win pitching most weeks and definitly the k category....as for your releivers you have 2 top closers and one decent closer you will do fine in the saves categorys..........overall solid rotation as well...heres a few sleepers to keep in mind....

sp- Chuck James.....is allready 2-0 in atlanta and has good stuff....

sp- Ian Snell....can strikeout a decent amount in pitt...if gets run support should get double digits in wins....

rp- Dan wheeler recently named closer in houston....

rp- torres or reyes should get decent amount of saves for their respective teams...

p- wainwright doesnt put up particularly great fantasy numbers but good for wins

p- Adam Loewen poised young kid in baltimore who could have hell of a year....

p- Jason Jennings with run support should do better than when he was in colorado.....

also keep an eye on daniel cabrera, zach greinke, jason hirsh, clay hensley, pavano, igawa, micah owings, mike pelfrey, anibal sanchez, jeremy sowers, and kip wells

overall i would say this team has a legit chance to win it all.you have a good lineup whihc is balanced and your rotation is amazing...no need to make any major changes to your team.....

hope i helped

goodluck

and have fun!!!!!
