quail hunting is about the only kind of hunting you can do that requires alot of walking around and letting your dogs work. Its also probabblly the best type of hunt you can take your girlfriend or wife on if she isnt used to hunting. Quail hunting doesnt require complete silence and being still and you will still be good at it

It's fun. Being in nature, working with dogs, spending time with other people. Personally, I have alot more fun duck hunting. I have a grill and a small tv in my boat.
