I have a complicated trade offer proposed to me, with the option of getting Doug Martin or Frank Gore (they would be my flex spot or bench on a week=to=week basis). Who will help me more in the long run? Trade takes effect week 6 (next week).

I believe Gore is your best option here. Martin has a terrible offensive line in front of him and that effects him greatly. Plus, other than his rookie year, what has he done?
