Goodness this team is PISSSSSSSSSS, sike. Great hitting ballclub you got here. Pujols, A-Roddy, Sheff, Rollins, and Ry How is dirrrrrty. Then you also see Swish, Tulo, Wigs and they are terrible, even out your team abit, spread out the talent. Cain, Bondy and Webb are all good starters, the rest of your starting pitchers with the exception of Garza are droppable and i wouldnt touch any of them with a ten foot pole, or dong whichever you prefer. Capps, Hennessey, and Cray all blow why do you still have them? Honestly upgrade your pitching by getting rid of A-Rod and you will have a team that i will be dreadfully afraid of, and also get some more speed so you can win all 5 hitting cats bc you are not going to win any pitching cats very often.

Your team's pretty good. Just a few suggestions:

You could probably get rid of Swisher, who may come around, but you're pretty well covered for HR, and he hurts you in SB and AVG. Try going for someone like Willy Tavares or Kenny Lofton, if they're available. You could use more speed.

Freel is a good player, but if Julio Lugo is available (he may not be, but is getting dropped frequently) I would go get him. One problem with Freel is that he gets these really long periods between steals, and as fast as he is, that's annoying to a fantasy owner. Kaz Matsui could actually get you more than Freel too.

Tulowitski probably shouldn't be using a UTIL spot for you. He's a solid choice as a SS, but you could probably trade him away for someone that gets SB, or suits your needs some other way.

As far as pitching goes, you can probably get rid of Maholm. There are better options available, such as perhaps David Wells, Jeff Weaver (who's come on strong after a putrid start) Chuck James, or Dave Bush.

Your relievers look fine, although I'd keep an eye on Brad Hennessey. Hope this helps, and good luck!

If i where u, i would get an upgrade at catcher, then drop a SP and get an extra fielder like an infielder who can play in more than one position. You have way too many straters and too few relievers. Depending on how your positions for the league work, but normally you want more relievers that straters because starters pitch every five days as relievers pitch 3 or 4 times a week and can put up more productive numbers. I would say drop your last 2 or 3 starters to get more relievers. Great team though, ARod and Pujols, even howard. Great relievers to but like i said, you should get more.

I think you have a pretty good team. Your strength is definetely your offense with Pujols, Howard, A-Rod, Sheffield, and Rollins. I think your pitching could use some work. Ray isn't one of the better closers and Maholm has been doing pretty bad this year. Wandy is very streaky, but had a string of quality starts, and Garza is unproven. Mussina and Kazmir are both having off years. Your team is pretty good, just try to upgrade your pitching.

Thank you for asking this question as you supply me a hazard to vent. The so much over rated staff fingers down is Wisconsin. They're well, I'll supply them that, however no longer #five. Last yr they did not play Ohio State that is why they went eleven-a million. When you play in a convention in which 6 out of eleven groups are not even bowl eligible, you do not play the first-rate staff, and lose to the moment first-rate, you bigger pass eleven-a million. Their so much spectacular win within the steady season was once towards eight-four Penn State. I imply whoopdy do! I picked the highest three groups within the tremendous ten to lose their bowl video games final yr and was once proper on two out of three. Somehow, Wisconsin controlled to overcome Darren Mcfadden for his or her best spectacular win of the yr which personally nonetheless is not adequate to be ranked #five. EDIT: Luv to Vacation. I'm no longer a badgers fan however it sounds as if i do know them bigger than you. Wisconsin DID NOT play Ohio State. They performed Michigan and Lost through 14. They did not play Ohio State in 2006, that is why they went eleven-a million. If you're keen on the badgers such a lot get YOUR info directly. Or is it simply as tough so that you can think they are ranked #five with out gambling Ohio State as it's for me?

I'd say it looks pretty good. One thing that might get you into trouble is your pitching. I would consider trading one of your bench players or even Pujols for a good starter. You can afford to trade Pujols or Howard and I think that Howard is better at the time.
