How do you set up fractional point scoring for kickers in Yahoo Fantasy Football?

For example, a 49 yard field goal would be worth 4.9 points instead of 4. Anything under 30 yards would still count as 3 points.

That's actually a good idea but I don't believe you can do it in Yahoo Fantasy Football. You can only assign a single value to a 40-49 yard FG.
