Here's a couple of things about your question.
First of all, the way you've alternated your capital letters and small letters in your question, makes you look stupid. Don't do it. When you are asking a question, you don't want people answering thinking that you can't understand basic things.
Secondly, people really need more details on the settings of a league, how many teams and is it 5x5, 6x6, something else.
Lastly, when people make comments, they always seem to think you can draft a star at every position. That's not true.
You have an above average player at every position except for SS and that may be changed by a good year.
I will say with a OF of Lee, Hunter and Jones, when would you ever play Damon or Crisp. (why would you even draft Crisp, he may only get 300 unless he's traded.
Perhaps get a guy like Mark DeRosa who has the ability to slot at most positions for when your starting lineup has an off day, but then get another starter as well.
Also, if you have a relief pitcher with starter status, that's a big benefit because when your starters aren't going, the relief pitcher can get you a few K's, a win here and there.
That's all my advice, your team looks good for a 10 team league, amazing for a 16 team league and crap for a 6 team league.
See how the same team can be viewed differently based on settings?
